Beside the consecrated Masats, Miserach or Maspons, eltrabajo of Ricard Terré supposed the breaking with the photographic orthodoxy of those years fifty of the past century in which the photograph was subjected to own aesthetic criteria of other arts.
Unlike his mates of generation, Terré was not interested in the photograph like professional occupation. His approach is the one of an amateur that chooses the photograph to transmit his ironic gaze, his sense of the humour and obtain a portrait of his surroundings in which it explains to himself same the human condition with a gaze of flawless sensibility, elegance and sentimental quality.
